Shipping Time

We ship orders same day if ordered before 2:00pm. Our website shows live stock inventory to save you the time in asking us if something is in stock, you have the same information as us.

All delivery options are available at checkout. We ship using Evri (Standard) or DHL (Express). During checkout, it'll give you the delivery options and costs.

  • Premium service. Next day delivery to most of the UK, same day dispatch before 2:30pm.

Once we've dispatched your order, you can then track it via the order details page in your account, and you'll receive dispatch notifications.

Please note courier companies are only able to supply the information in which is seen on the tracking page. Please contact us if there's been no movement of a parcel for several days, or if it's been delivered incorrectly. While delivery times are a contractual target between us and our couriers, and we always do our best to get your orders out on time, nothing is ever guaranteed and we always recommend you allow an extra couple of days in case of any issues.
